SHIPPING This policy covers shipping, fulfillment, and returns for all Proxy Proxy Museum (“PPM”) products, including made-to-order works, digital-first artifacts, and ready-to-ship uniform items. By purchasing from proxyproxy.museum, you agree to the terms below.

PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT
PPM operates primarily as a digital-first, made-to-order museum system. Most physical prints are produced and fulfilled by theprintspace, our global fine-art production partner. Production begins after an order is placed and typically requires several business days before shipping. Uniform items and select artifacts may be premade and shipped directly from our studio or warehouse.

SHIPPING
Shipping timelines depend on product type and fulfillment location.
Made-to-order prints ship from theprintspace facilities (US, UK, or EU) to reduce transit time and customs delays. Uniform items ship from PPM’s designated fulfillment center. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional shipping fees.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital-first works are delivered electronically. Access is provided immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated. Because digital products are non-physical and accessible upon delivery, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Made-to-order prints follow theprintspace’s return and replacement policy. theprintspace only accepts returns for items damaged in transit, production errors, or defects in materials. Each print is produced specifically for your order; returns for preference, size changes, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted. To request a replacement, you must contact us within the window specified on your order confirmation and provide clear photographs of the issue. All approved replacements are reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.

UNIFORM ITEMS
Ready-to-ship uniform items may be eligible for return or exchange only if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Limited or final-edition uniform items are not eligible for return.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, or if the carrier loses the shipment, notify us immediately. We will coordinate with theprintspace or our internal fulfillment team to issue a replacement according to the applicable guidelines. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers after dispatch but will support reasonable resolution efforts.
ORDER TO MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Made-to-order prints cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Digital products cannot be cancelled once delivered. Uniform items can be cancelled before shipment; after shipment, they fall under the return policy above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes. These costs are not included in product pricing or shipping charges and cannot be refunded by PPM.
